These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr735 ("pkr735", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino entertainment platform accessible at pkr735.cam ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capitalisation, shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Platform's licensing requirements, whichever is greater.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a commercial organisation for the purpose of professional gambling or matched-betting operations.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your location.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under any previous account or identity.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.

Each eligible User may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your valid government-issued identification document);
• A valid and accessible email address;
• Your date of birth;
• Your country and city of residence;
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr735 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access any area of the Platform for which you have not been granted authorisation;
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or other non-human process to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any activity intended to manipulate betting markets, exploit software errors, or gain an unfair advantage through collusion or other prohibited means;
• Use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Resell, transfer, or otherwise commercialise access to your Account or any Platform feature;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any portion of the Platform software;
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or disruptive software to the Platform;
• Engage in behaviour that harasses, intimidates, or harms other users or Platform staff.

pkr735 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Where suspicious activity is identified, we may suspend the Account, request additional documentation, void bets placed during the suspect period, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

pkr735 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are used as familiar Pakistani payment context references only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling services by any such provider.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Refer to the cashier for current applicable limits. All amounts are processed in the currency selected at deposit.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method, your verification status, and any applicable internal review processes. pkr735 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Fees: pkr735 does not charge deposit fees as a general policy; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges. Users are responsible for understanding their provider's fee structure.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets that have been used for a prior deposit, where technically feasible, or to a verified account in your own name. KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms. As an illustrative example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Maximum stake during bonus: Unless stated otherwise, placing a single bet exceeding the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute at reduced rates. Refer to individual offer terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are removed from the Account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses without authorisation constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: pkr735 employs detection mechanisms to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to generate withdrawable profits without genuine wagering risk. Where abuse is identified, pkr735 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and close the Account.

All bonus figures stated in marketing materials are illustrative unless confirmed in writing by pkr735. Always read the specific terms of any promotion before claiming.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, as published in the Platform's help section. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet slip.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — pkr735 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's Account.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment the bet request is processed. Network latency or system delays do not entitle users to odds that were no longer available at the time of processing.
• Matches abandoned before a sufficient portion of play has been completed, as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules, may result in all related bets being voided and stakes returned.
• pkr735 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager on any market at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts displaying patterns consistent with professional or arbitrage betting.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon settlement of the event. Settlement timelines depend on the event type and official results confirmation.

Cricket markets — including PSL/T20 domestic competition, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are subject to their own specific settlement rules, which account for factors such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, super overs, and abandoned matches. These rules are published in the relevant sports section of the Platform.

pkr735 is required to operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for identity verification, age confirmation, fraud prevention, and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to this process.

You may be required to provide the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, this typically includes a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of age: Where not sufficiently established by the identity document provided.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence displaying your name and residential address.
• Source of funds: In certain circumstances, pkr735 may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Selfie / liveness check: A photograph or short video of you holding your identity document, confirming the Account belongs to the person named on the document.

All verification documents must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence in Pakistan and in most jurisdictions globally and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

pkr735 will suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. This suspension does not constitute a freeze of funds — verified users may resume withdrawals upon satisfactory completion of the KYC process. All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow. Never send sensitive documents via external channels, social media, or unverified email addresses.

pkr735 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts notify users when their active session exceeds a defined duration.
• Loss limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds within a given period.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pkr735;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Platform content;
• Use any Platform trademark, trade name, or logo without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted under this clause and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr735 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific service or feature;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Any third-party content, services, or links accessible through or in connection with the Platform;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions.

pkr735 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pkr735's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant incident.

pkr735 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or involvement in financial crime;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors;
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct directed at Platform staff or other users;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Inactivity for an extended period, subject to the dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any funds attributed to that breach — including bonus winnings derived from abuse — may be forfeited. Where closure is not attributable to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user following the completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support through the Platform's Live Chat. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr735 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the Platform's customer support process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.

pkr735 is not licensed, regulated, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

pkr735 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or via a prominent in-Platform notification, providing at least fourteen (14) days' notice where practicable before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent review was completed. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect user rights — may be made without prior notice.
